How it works

Internet telephony uses VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) to make and receive phone calls using your broadband Internet connection instead of your standard phone line.

Using O·R·P Telephony Hosted IP Centrex service you do not need a traditional PBX installed in your office.  Incoming calls can be answered and routed by our servers to any phone, wherever it is.   So you can have a switchboard that is routing sales calls to Halifax and technical support calls to Hanover, and all OnNet calls are free.

You can make VoIP calls using a PC-Phone, a standard phone that connects to the internet using a VoIP adapter or you can connect an IP Phone directly into your internet enabled network.
